Henley Build is a Main Contractor specialising in carefully chosen residential projects across London and Home Counties. The team behind Henley have worked with private clients and Architects across London and Surrey for over 20 years.
We work with clients based in the UK and abroad who require the delivery of refurbishments, extensions and new build homes. We engage with our clients either from design stage, alongside a list of established, trusted and talented design partners or we collaborate once designs are in place to complete the construction phase.
We work with longstanding and trusted partners to ensure that we deliver our projects beyond expectation where possible and to exacting standards. We specialise in residential construction including refurbishments, extensions, and new build homes. We have worked with many of our trusted subcontractors for over 10 years
THE TEAM
Henley have developed our Management and Sites Team carefully over several years. Our new Site Management Team are qualified, experienced and technical in their approach. We have have a combined 100 years of London residential experience within the Management Team.
The founders of Henley have operated within Prime London and Surrey for over 20 years. We have built longstanding and trusted relationships with specialist trades who work in sync with subcontracted teams, many of whom we have known for many years.
Our infrastructure and experience ensures that every project is delivered with a carefully designed team who are best suited to that project alone. The quality of our Project Management team are at the heart of our successful delivery. We work hard within the team to develop strong and trusting relationships with our private clients and Architects, so that our business continues to grow by word of mouth.
WHAT WE DO
Henley offers a personalised and effective approach to high quality construction. Our systems and procedures have been designed carefully to ensure our clients are well protected, mitigating risk wherever possible.
We will coordinate with designers provided by our clients or suggest any of our panel designers that are most suited to the project.
Henley specialises in refurbishments, extensions, basements and new build projects across London and Surrey, typically from £150k to £2m.
We recognize the critical importance of efficient Project Management. Our team is analytical, technically skilled, and guided by a thoughtfully tailored program specific to each site. We place strong emphasis on the details within our project designs, dedicating the necessary time and attention to ensure accuracy.
Henley's competitive rates include a comprehensive project management package that encompasses detailed MS Project programmes with regular reviews, thorough work valuations, complete procurement lists, and formal requests for information. Additionally, we provide change order summaries, task trackers, and full weekly updates with progress photos, ensuring a transparent and well-documented process from start to finish.

Our team has a successful track record working with busy clients, developers, landlords, high profile and international clients. We have also built relationships with some of the most established residential and commercial companies in London. Our clients range from prime London Interior Designers to Prime London Estates.
The team behind Henley has worked with London’s most established agents such as Knight Frank, Savills and JLL. We work with established Interior Designers and several Prime Estates including Beauchamp Estate, Belgravia’s Brahm Estate & Ilchester Estates.
We have made some significant infrastructure changes in 2025 to ensure our delivery is strengthened through more challenging economic times. Word of mouth drives our business and so we are constantly searching for ways to improve our standards and provide additional value.
HOW WE DO IT
Every Henley scheme is led by an experienced Project Manager who is articulate, professional and experienced in presenting scheme schedules, budgets and variations in design options.
Our scheme project managers work closely with our site mangers who oversee the day to day running of each Henley site. Our Site Managers are all well versed and experienced in successful scheme completion.
We run a very focused programme of site meetings & agendas to ensure team and client synchronisation throughout each scheme.
Experience, efficiency in workflow and a high level of clear communication is at the centre of our successful scheme completion.
